What happens if I need to add more time?
Extending your rental period can be as easy as sending us an email. Each day that you extend is just $35 or you can upgrade to a month rental and pay the difference of $300.
Can you help me configure the unit?
Yes, while the unit comes configured with quick instructions and all the information you need to connect to it, we are also ready to help before you arrive on site with special configurations.
How much does data cost after my 10GB?
Data on the supplied SIM cards is billed at $6 per GB following your rental period. You will receive a separate invoice with a usage report.
I loved the rental and would like to purchase an X510, now what?
While we have a dedicated “Try Before You Buy“ program, if you rented a unit and would like to now purchase your own, simply send us an email via “this form” (link) and we will provide you with a code to rebate you back $300.00 USD. This only applies to sales through our official online store and it cannot be combined with any other offers. The choice to purchase must be within 30 days of your rental period.
What is included in the rental?
Each rental includes a fully configured Miri X510 with a protective case. Inside you will find all the necessities such the power supply, antennas, SIM cards, and we even give you some NPF batteries to go off the grid. We want you to have everything you need to be successful.
What carrier do you use for cell service?
The provided sim cards are from our NetConnect+ service. They are able to lock into any of the major U.S. carriers as well as regional carriers. While they are configured to seek and find the best carrier for your location, we are able to manually lock them to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile or U.S. Cellular based on your needs.
