Behind the scenes: Miri X510 router saves Ecamm’s livestream during Creator Camp 2024

We took our new X510 network router on the road to Amesbury, MA in October 2024 to help Ecamm‬ with faster, more reliable internet for their annual Creator Camp — and it’s a good thing we did!

One of the event venues was a brew pub in a valley, with mostly brick construction and poor cellular connectivity. The venue’s Wi-Fi was not intended for streaming, and became congested with dozens of local attendees connected at once. We used the X510 to bond the venue Wi-Fi with cellular connections and hotspots to enable seamless connectivity.

Ecamm streamed live from this challenging location, with the X510 “saving the live stream” (Ecamm’s words) even as the pub’s Wi-Fi went completely offline at times. Watch this video to learn more!
